I'm Mark Metry

I'm deeply passionate about nutrition and how it can change your life.

I wake up in the early morning and read scientific papers & studies on the ever-evolving field of nutritional science. 

My Story

I always knew I wanted to be healthy in life but I never knew how. I would look at my friends who seemed athletic, filled with energy, and ready to focus and wonder why wasn't I like that?

I neglected my mental health and physical health for years... Drank too many energy drinks, binge-ate junk food every night, and struggled with a sense of happiness.

When I first discovered the potential power of food I was confused.

Should I go keto, vegan, paleo, or count my calories?

I made so many mistakes.

I failed too many times.

Had nights where I would binge sugar until 4 am.

I hit such a low point in my life that I decided I need to rethink everything. I need to drastically look at life in a different way...

And then that's when I discovered the power of food and eating for your mental wellness and brain.


Why I Do It

Growing up nobody, including my family, friends, or doctors mentioned to me that my diet, and what I was putting in my mouth had more to do with my life than contribute to my waistline or weight on a scale.

In my experience I've coached over 100 people break through anxiety and watched the most powerful transformations occur when we would talk & address proper nutrition for the brain.

Once I realized that the methods I used could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow up with the framework or perfect genetics to make it happen.

So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible create healthy nutrition habits and a better life for themselves and their families.
